Conlit® Intumescent Pipewrap Roll

A simple and more economical alternative which eliminates the need to carry a wide range of individually sized fire stopping product solutions. Wrap on a roll is suitable for fire stopping a variety of combustible pipes and metallic pipes insulated with combustible insulation in both walls and floors.
 
Conlit® Intumescent Pipewrap Roll comprises an intumescent material made from elastomeric thermoplastic polymers combined with active components that provide a high volume expansion and pressure seal in the event of a fire.
 
Conlit® Intumescent Pipewrap Roll is supplied on 25m roll. The product is 40mm wide and 2mm thick, with integral adhesive tape for securing around the pipe. Depending on the service to be protected and the fire resistance required, multiple layers of wrap may be required, the exact number and positioning of the product is detailed in the performance section of this data sheet.
