It is a specially formulated top coat that synthesises the benefits of cement and gypsum to provide a superior smooth finish to interior surfaces such as walls and ceilings. It is suitable for concrete surfaces, plastered surfaces and lightweight concrete blocks. Paint or wallpaper can be applied onto the finished skim coat surface.
